Beauty Breaks: Open Engagement | April 23, 2017

Workshop Title: How do YOU love in a time of chaos?

Workshop Description: "In this love workshop we will share our reflections on the importance and difficulty of loving in today’s world. We will spend a significant amount of time feeling the unique sensations that run through the heart, the heart beat and the powerful electromagnetic force of the heart. We will explore what arises when you affirm to yourself, "I love you." At the end of the workshop I will guide a journey to connect with a divine love, greater than ourselves. This love can manifest itself as an ancestor, a deity, a quality like grace or discipline, an element like earth etc. You will leave with a stronger connection to your own gift of love."
